1. Service Provider

DocGate is a product developed and operated by LeanAI Studio srl, P.IVA/CF: 14561020968, Italy. By signing up for early access or purchasing a Founding Customer plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Service

DocGate is currently in an early-access / validation stage. The product and its features are under active development. By joining early access you acknowledge that:

Features described on the landing page represent our current intent and are subject to change
The service may not be fully available or may be interrupted during the validation period
LeanAI Studio srl makes no guarantee that the product will launch commercially
If the product does not launch, Founding Customer subscriptions will be refunded in full

3. Founding Customer Plan

If you purchase a Founding Customer plan, the following applies:

Price: €29/month (or equivalent in USD), billed monthly via Stripe
Founding pricing: Your monthly rate is locked for as long as you remain an active subscriber
Billing: Stripe processes all payments. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until end of current billing period. No partial refunds
Refund policy: If the product does not launch within 12 months of your subscription start date, we will issue a full refund for all charges paid

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service, or share access credentials with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

DocGate, its name, logo, and all content are owned by LeanAI Studio srl. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, LeanAI Studio srl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

LeanAI Studio srl may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify Founding Customers of material changes by email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan (Tribunale di Milano).
